- 1 dl sugar - 1 dl butter (at room temperature)
- 2 dl all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 2 eggs
- 1 dl milk
- 1 tsp vanilla sugar
- Optional: chocolate chips, nuts, or berries
Instructions:
1. Preheat the oven to 175°C (350°F) and prepare a muffin tray with mini cupcake liners. 2. Cream together the butter and sugar until fluffy.
3. Add the eggs one at a time, continuing to beat the mixture.
4. In a separate bowl, mix the flour, baking powder, and vanilla sugar. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the batter, alternating with the milk.
5. Fold in any optional ingredients like chocolate chips, nuts, or berries.
6. Divide the batter evenly among the mini cupcake liners.
7. Bake in the oven for about 10-12 minutes or until the cupcakes are golden brown and cooked through.
8. Allow to cool before serving.
