A delicious and rich pasta dish that comes together quickly, perfect for a weeknight meal. The creamy sauce beautifully combines flavors with chicken and pasta. Preparation Time: 30 minutes

Ingredients:
- 300 g pasta (e.g., penne or spaghetti)
- 2 chicken breasts
- 200 ml cooking cream
- 100 ml grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 onion
- 2 garlic cloves
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh basil for garnish
Instructions:
1. Cook the pasta according to package instructions in salted water. Drain and reserve a bit of the cooking water.
2. Chop the onion and garlic. Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat and sauté the onion and garlic for about 3 minutes.
3. Cut the chicken breasts into strips and add them to the pan. Cook until the chicken is done and has a nice color.
4. Add the cooking cream and grated Parmesan cheese to the pan. Stir well and let the sauce simmer on low heat for about 5 minutes.
5. Combine the cooked pasta with the sauce. If the sauce is too thick, add a little reserved cooking water.
6. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Garnish with fresh basil before serving.
