This delicious and creamy pasta with spinach sauce is a quick and easy weeknight meal that the whole family will enjoy.

Ingredients:

- 300 g pasta (e.g., spaghetti or fusilli)
- 200 g fresh spinach (or frozen spinach)
- 200 ml heavy cream
- 100 g Parmesan cheese (grated)
- 1 garlic clove (minced)
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh basil (for garnish, optional)

Instructions:

1. Cook the pasta in salted water according to package instructions. Drain and reserve a little cooking water.
2. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté for about a minute.
3. Add spinach to the skillet and cook until wilted, about 3-5 minutes.
4. Pour the cream into the spinach and mix well. Let it simmer on low heat for a few minutes.
5. Stir in the grated Parmesan cheese and season with salt and pepper. Mix until the cheese has melted.
6. Add the cooked pasta to the sauce and toss to combine. If needed, add a little reserved cooking water to coat the pasta nicely.
7. Serve immediately, garnished with fresh basil if desired.
