Ingredients

- 500 g ground beef
- 1 dl breadcrumbs (soaked in milk)
- 1 egg
- Zest of 2 lemons
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- Hamburger buns
- Lettuce, tomato, and other desired toppings

Instructions

1. In a bowl, combine the ground beef, soaked breadcrumbs, egg, lemon zest, lemon juice, salt, and black pepper.
2. Mix the ingredients well until evenly combined.
3. Shape the mixture into four patties.
4. Heat a frying pan or grill over medium heat and cook the patties for about 4-5 minutes on each side until fully cooked.
5. Assemble the hamburgers between the buns and add your desired toppings, such as lettuce and tomato.
6. Serve immediately and enjoy!
