Ingredients:
- 8 burger buns
- 1.2 kg ground beef (17% fat)
- 1.5 tsp salt
- Black pepper to taste
- 3 large tomatoes
- Crumbled blue cheese
- Sliced processed cheese
- Sliced pickles
- Thinly sliced red onions
- Lettuce
- Burger mayonnaise
- Salsa
- Ketchup
- Sriracha
Instructions:
1. Crumble the ground beef into a bowl and mix in salt and black pepper. Divide the mixture into eight portions and shape them into patties.
2. Arrange all the toppings on a table or platter.
3. Grill the patties and buns on the grill. They cook quickly, so you can invite everyone to gather as soon as grilling starts.
4. Each person assembles their desired burger. A combination of patty, tomato, red onion, pickle, blue cheese, salsa, and sriracha is particularly delicious.
