Ingredients:

- 200 g semolina
- 100 g wheat flour
- 100 g almond flour
- 150 g sugar
- 2 oranges (juice and zest)
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 4 eggs
- 150 g butter (melted)
- Pinch of salt

For the Frosting:

- 200 g cream cheese
- 100 g whipping cream
- Sugar to taste

Instructions:

1. Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F). Grease and flour a cake pan.
2. In a bowl, mix together semolina, wheat flour, almond flour, sugar, cinnamon, baking powder, and salt.
3. Add eggs, orange juice, orange zest, and melted butter to the dry ingredients. Mix until you have a smooth batter.
4. Pour the batter into the prepared cake pan. Bake in the oven for about 30-40 minutes, or until the cake is cooked through.
5. Allow the cake to cool in the pan for about 10 minutes, then transfer it to a wire rack to cool completely.
6. For the frosting: whisk together cream cheese, whipping cream, and sugar until the mixture is thick and creamy.
7. Pipe the frosting on top of the cooled cake in your desired design.
