Serving Size: 8-10 servings
Ingredients:
- 200 g dark chocolate- 150 g butter
- 3 dl sugar
- 4 eggs
- 2 dl all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1 dl cocoa powder
- 1 tsp vanilla sugar
- A pinch of salt
Instructions:
1. Melt the dark chocolate and butter together in a saucepan over low heat, stirring until smooth.2. Add the sugar to the melted chocolate mixture and mix well.
3. Incorporate the eggs one at a time, ensuring to mix thoroughly after each addition.
4. In a separate bowl, combine the dry ingredients (flour, baking powder, cocoa powder, vanilla sugar, and salt) and then add them to the chocolate mixture.
5. Stir the batter until smooth and pour it into a greased cake pan.
6. Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C (350°F) for about 25-30 minutes. The cake is done when the top is firm but slightly moist inside.
7. Allow the cake to cool before serving.
