A classic Italian dish that is quick and easy to prepare, combining the flavors of garlic, chili, and olive oil. Preparation Time: 20 minutes

Ingredients:
- 400 g spaghetti- 4 garlic cloves
- 1 red chili
- 100 ml extra virgin olive oil
- 1/2 cup fresh parsley
- Salt to taste
- Black pepper to taste
- Parmesan cheese (optional)
Instructions:
1. Cook the spaghetti in salted water according to the package instructions until al dente.2. Peel and slice the garlic cloves thinly.
3. Remove the seeds from the chili and chop it finely.
4. Heat the olive oil in a pan over medium heat. Add the garlic and chili, and sauté until the garlic is golden brown but not burnt (about 2-3 minutes).
5. Drain the cooked spaghetti and add it to the pan. Toss well to coat the pasta in the oil and seasonings.
6. Chop the fresh parsley and add it to the pasta. Season with salt and black pepper.
7. Serve immediately, optionally garnished with grated Parmesan cheese.
