A delicious apple pudding that makes a perfect dessert or snack, easy to prepare. Preparation Time: 20 minutes
Serving Size: 4 servings
Ingredients:
- 2 dl water
- 2 dl apple juice
- 2 dl grated apple
- 1 dl sugar
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 2 tbsp potato starch
- 2 tbsp cold water
Instructions:
1. Measure the water, apple juice, and grated apple into a saucepan.
2. Heat the mixture on the stove until the water is hot.
3. Add the sugar and cinnamon, stirring well.
4. Mix the potato starch with the cold water until smooth.
5. Pour the starch mixture into the saucepan in a thin stream while stirring continuously.
6. Wait for the pudding to bubble once, indicating it is ready.
7. Pour the pudding into serving dishes and allow it to cool before serving.
