Ingredients:
- 4 ripe tomatoes
- 250 g fresh mozzarella cheese
- 1 cup fresh basil
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
1. Rinse the tomatoes and slice them into rounds.
2. Slice the mozzarella cheese into rounds as well.
3. Arrange the tomato and mozzarella slices alternately on a serving plate.
4. Sprinkle fresh basil over the salad.
5. In a bowl, mix the olive oil and balsamic vinegar, then drizzle the mixture over the salad.
6. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
