This delicious apple pudding is the perfect dessert for celebrations or family gatherings. The apples combine with sweet juice and a hint of vanilla, creating a tasty and exciting dish.

Ingredients:

- 4 tablespoons potato starch
- 2 tablespoons margarine
- 4 apples
- 0.5 dl apple juice
- 1 dl sugar
- 1 vanilla bean
- 2 tablespoons cocoa powder
- 1 dl whipped cream

Instructions:

1. Peel the apples, remove the cores, and dice the fruit.
2. In a saucepan, bring the apple juice, vanilla bean, and sugar to a boil.
3. Add the diced apples to the boiling juice and cook for five minutes.
4. Mix the potato starch with a small amount of cold water and add this mixture to the saucepan. Stir well and heat until the pudding thickens.
5. Remove the vanilla bean from the pudding and serve the apple pudding in individual bowls.
6. Top with whipped cream and sprinkle cocoa powder on top.
