Delicious muffins combining the freshness of aronia berries and a nutty crumble topping. Perfect for a snack or dessert.

Ingredients:

- 5 ½ cups all-purpose flour
- 1 cup sugar
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 2 eggs
- ¾ cup oil
- 1 cup milk
- 3 ½ cups aronia berries
Crumble Topping:
- ¾ cup all-purpose flour
- ½ cup brown sugar
- ½ cup walnuts (slightly crushed)
- 1 tsp vanilla sugar
- 1 ½ tbsp melted butter

Instructions:

1. First, prepare the crumble topping. Combine all dry ingredients and add melted butter. Mix until crumbly.
2. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
3. In a large bowl, mix together the flour, sugar, and baking powder.
4. In another bowl, whisk together the eggs, oil, and milk. Add this mixture to the dry ingredients and stir gently until just combined.
5. Divide half of the batter into 12 large muffin cups using two spoons. Sprinkle aronia berries on top, then distribute the remaining batter evenly among the cups.
6. Sprinkle the crumble topping over each muffin.
7. Bake in the center of the oven for about 20 minutes. Check for doneness with a toothpick; if it comes out clean, the muffins are ready.
