This delicious aronia-apple jam is a perfect addition to breakfast or as a topping for pastries. Easy to make and delicious!Preparation Time: 30 minutes
Serving Size: About 400 ml
Ingredients:
- 500 g apple wedges (about 7 apples)
- 500 g aronia berries (about ½ liter)
- 100 ml water
- 150 g jam sugar
Instructions:
1. Weigh 500 g of aronia berries and 500 g of apple wedges.
2. Place the berries and apple wedges in a pot and pour the water over them.
3. Cook the mixture, stirring occasionally, until the berries and apples soften, about 10-15 minutes.
4. Use an immersion blender to puree the mixture until smooth.
5. Add the jam sugar and mix well. Cook for a few more minutes until the jam thickens.
6. Pour the jam into clean, hot jars and seal immediately.
