A delicious and nutritious smoothie made with aronia berries and creamy avocado. Perfect for a refreshing breakfast or snack!

Serving Size: 2 servings
Ingredients:
- 1 dl aronia berries
- 1 ripe avocado
- 2 dl almond milk (or any plant-based milk)
- 1 tbsp honey (or to taste)
- 1/2 banana (optional)
- Ice (optional)
Instructions:
1. Rinse the aronia berries and remove any stems.
2. Cut the avocado in half, remove the pit, and scoop the flesh into a bowl.
3. Add the aronia berries, almond milk, and honey into a blender.
4. If using, add the banana to the blender as well.
5. Blend all the ingredients until smooth.
6. If desired, add ice and blend again until combined.
7. Pour the smoothie into glasses and enjoy immediately!
