A delicious grilled chicken seasoned with a flavorful spice mix and fresh rosemary, perfect for summer meals! Preparation Time: Over 60 minutes

Ingredients:
- 1 whole chicken
- 2 tbsp grill seasoning blend
- Juice of 1 lemon
- 2-3 sprigs of fresh rosemary
- 2 tbsp olive oil (optional)
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
1. Pat the chicken dry with paper towels.
2. Rub the grill seasoning and lemon juice over the surface of the chicken.
3. Carefully loosen the skin over the breast with your fingers and tuck a couple of rosemary sprigs underneath the skin.
4. (Optional) Finish with a rub of olive oil for a nice color.
5. Grill the chicken until it is cooked through and golden brown, about 45-60 minutes.
