Delicious pulled pork burgers combining flavorful pulled pork and fresh vegetables. The perfect treat for the weekend!

Serving Size: 4 burgers
Ingredients:
- 400 g pulled pork
- 4 burger buns
- 1 cup shredded cabbage
- 1 cup grated carrots
- 2 green onions, chopped
- 1 cup microgreens
- 0.5 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
- 4 tablespoons soy mayonnaise
- Sriracha sauce (to taste)
- Ketchup (for kids' burgers)
Instructions:
1. Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F). Place the pulled pork in a baking dish and heat in the oven for about 10-15 minutes until hot.
2. Prepare the burgers: slice the buns in half and lightly toast them in a pan or oven.
3. Assemble the burgers: spread pulled pork on the bottom half of each bun, then add shredded cabbage, grated carrots, green onions, microgreens, and fresh cilantro.
4. Top with soy mayonnaise and season with sriracha sauce or ketchup.
5. Cover with the top half of the bun and serve immediately.
