Ingredients:
- 400 g chicken pieces- 250 g pasta (e.g., penne or fusilli)
- 2 dl cream
- 1 dl milk
- 150 g grated cheese
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 garlic cloves, crushed
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley (for garnish)
Instructions:
1. Cook the pasta according to package instructions and drain.2. Preheat the oven to 200°C (about 400°F).
3. Brown the chicken pieces in a pan, then add the chopped onion and crushed garlic. Sauté until the onion is soft.
4. In a large bowl, mix the cooked pasta, chicken mixture, cream, and milk. Season with salt and pepper.
5. Pour the mixture into a baking dish and sprinkle grated cheese on top.
6. Bake in the oven for about 20 minutes, until the top is a beautiful golden brown.
7. Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
