Summer Pork-Chicken Skewers in Honey Marinade

Ingredients:
- 500 g chicken breast fillets, unseasoned
- 500 g pork tenderloin, unseasoned
- 2 zucchinis
- 1 yellow bell pepper
- 1 red bell pepper
- 1 red onion
- 4 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tbsp honey
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- Skewers (wooden or metal)
Instructions:
1. Cut the chicken fillets and pork tenderloin into strips.
2. Rinse and chop the zucchinis, bell peppers, and red onion into bite-sized pieces.
3. Prepare the marinade by mixing olive oil, honey, soy sauce, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper in a bowl.
4. Place the chicken and pork strips into the marinade and let them marinate in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes.
5. Once marinated, alternate threading the meat and vegetables onto the skewers.
6. Grill the skewers over medium heat for about 10-15 minutes, or until the meat is cooked through and golden brown.
7. Serve the skewers with rice or salad for a delightful meal.
