Ingredients:
- 400 g chicken strips (marinated or plain)
- 100-200 g grated Emmental cheese
- 100 g blue cheese
- 1/3 cup cream cheese
- 1 tablespoon curry powder
- Black pepper to taste
- 1 head of cauliflower (boiled and chopped)
- 2 tablespoons oil
- Salt to taste
Instructions:
1. Heat the oil in a pan and cook the chicken strips until they are fully cooked.
2. Add curry powder and black pepper to the cooked chicken and mix well.
3. Boil the cauliflower in salted water for a few minutes until tender, then drain.
4. In a large bowl, combine the chicken mixture, cauliflower, and grated Emmental cheese.
5. Add the blue cheese and cream cheese to the mixture and stir until evenly combined.
6. Pour the mixture into a baking dish and smooth the top.
7. Bake at 200°C (400°F) for about 20-25 minutes, until the top is golden brown.
