A quick and delicious chicken pasta wok that combines marinated chicken strips with a colorful mix of stir-fry vegetables. Perfect for a weeknight meal that comes together easily. Preparation Time: 30 minutes
Serving Size: 4 servings
Ingredients:
- 400 g marinated chicken strips
- 450 g oriental stir-fry vegetables
- 150-200 g fusilli tricolore pasta
- 2 tbsp oil (such as canola or olive oil)
- 2 garlic cloves (minced)
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley (for garnish)
Instructions:
1. Cook the fusilli tricolore pasta according to package instructions, then drain.
2. Heat the oil in a large skillet or wok over medium heat.
3. Add the marinated chicken strips to the skillet and cook until they are fully cooked and golden brown, about 5-7 minutes.
4. Stir in the minced garlic and stir-fry vegetables. Cook, stirring, until the vegetables are tender, about 5-6 minutes.
5. Mix the cooked pasta into the chicken and vegetable mixture, seasoning with salt and pepper.
6. Allow to heat for an additional couple of minutes to blend all the flavors.
7. Serve the dishes garnished with fresh parsley.
