A delicious creamy chicken sauce that's perfect over pasta or rice. Easy and quick to make, it's ideal for a weeknight dinner.

Ingredients:
- 400 g marinated chicken fillets, sliced
- 1/4 bell pepper, diced
- 200 ml cooking cream
- Salt, to taste
- Black pepper, to taste
- 100-200 ml water
Instructions:
1. In a frying pan over medium heat, brown the sliced chicken until golden brown.
2. Add the diced bell pepper to the pan and continue cooking for a few minutes until the pepper softens.
3. Pour the cooking cream into the pan and mix well.
4. If needed, add water to reach your desired sauce consistency.
5. Season with salt and black pepper to taste. Let the sauce simmer on low heat for about 10 minutes.
6. Serve the sauce over pasta or rice.
