A delicious savory pie filled with mixed vegetables and feta cheese, perfect for a hearty meal.

Serving Size: 4 servings
Ingredients:
- 1 package of Myllyn Paras round pie crust for savory baking or homemade puff pastry
- 1 bag of Lidl seasoned frozen mixed vegetables (Mixed Barbecue Vegetables)
- 1 package of Apetina feta cheese cubes, sun-dried tomato flavor
- 2-3 tablespoons of grated Parmesan cheese
- Olive oil from the feta cheese for greasing
Instructions:
1. Preheat the oven to 200°C (390°F).
2. Grease a pie dish with olive oil from the feta cheese.
3. Press the thawed pie dough into the bottom of the dish and up the sides.
4. Pour the frozen mixed vegetables over the crust.
5. Add the feta cheese cubes and drizzle the remaining olive oil over the vegetables, smoothing the surface.
6. Sprinkle grated Parmesan cheese on top.
7. Bake in the oven on the lowest rack for about 35 minutes, or until golden brown.
8. Allow to cool slightly before serving. Enjoy!
