This delicious vegetable feta pie is easy to make with pre-prepared dough and filled with tasty vegetables and feta cheese. Perfect for lunch or dinner.

Serving Size: 6-8 servings

Ingredients:

- 1 package of round savory pie crust
- 1 bag of mixed frozen barbecue vegetables
- 1 package of feta cheese (sun-dried tomato flavor)
- 2-3 tablespoons of grated Parmesan cheese
- Olive oil from the feta cheese for greasing the pan

Instructions:

1. Preheat the oven to 200°C (about 400°F).
2. Grease a pie dish with olive oil from the feta cheese.
3. Roll out the thawed pie crust and press it into the bottom and up the sides of the pie dish.
4. Pour the mixed frozen vegetables over the crust.
5. Crumble the feta cheese over the vegetables and drizzle any remaining olive oil evenly on top.
6. Sprinkle the grated Parmesan cheese over the pie.
7. Bake in the preheated oven on the bottom rack for about 35 minutes, or until the pie is golden brown.
