Ingredients:
- 1 package of ready-made puff pastry
- 200 g spicy salami, chopped
- 100 g grated cheese (e.g., cheddar)
- 1 dl sour cream
- 1 small red onion, chopped
- 1 tsp chili powder
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp black pepper
- 1 egg (for egg wash)
Instructions:
1. Preheat the oven to 200°C (about 400°F).
2. Roll out the puff pastry into a thin sheet and cut it into squares (about 10x10 cm).
3. In a bowl, mix together the chopped salami, grated cheese, sour cream, red onion, chili powder, salt, and black pepper.
4. Place about a tablespoon of the filling in the center of each square.
5. Fold the pastry squares in half and press the edges tightly to seal.
6. Brush the pastries with the beaten egg.
7. Bake in the oven for about 15-20 minutes or until the pastries are golden brown.
8. Let cool for a moment before serving.
