A delicious and spicy dish that combines fresh vegetables and smoked meats, perfect for pasta or a baguette.

Ingredients:

- 2 red bell peppers
- 2 chili peppers
- 1 eggplant
- 2 small zucchinis
- 200 g bacon
- 200 g salami
- 2 dl garlic tomato puree
- Olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh basil (for garnish)

Instructions:

1. Rinse and chop the red bell peppers, chili peppers, eggplant, and zucchinis into small cubes.
2. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
3. Add bacon and salami, cooking until golden brown and crispy.
4. Add the chopped vegetables to the skillet and sauté for about 5-7 minutes until they soften.
5. Pour in the garlic tomato puree, mix well, and let it simmer for another 10 minutes.
6. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
7. Serve over pasta or a baguette, and garnish with fresh basil.
