These delicious salami and cheese breads are a perfect choice for busy days or snack nights. Combining baguette, herbed tomato sauce, and cheese makes for a tasty meal that's easy to prepare.

Ingredients:
- 1 baguette
- 250 g herbed tomato sauce
- 75 g pepperoni slices
- 1 bunch fresh basil
- 200-400 g mozzarella cheese, sliced
- Black pepper, to taste
Instructions:
1. Preheat the oven to 200°C (390°F).
2. Cut the baguette in half lengthwise.
3. Spread the herbed tomato sauce evenly over the cut sides of the baguette.
4. Layer the pepperoni slices evenly on top of the tomato sauce.
5. Place the mozzarella slices on top and sprinkle with black pepper to taste.
6. Bake in the oven for about 15-20 minutes, until the cheese is melted and golden.
7. Remove from the oven and garnish with fresh basil before serving.
