Ingredients:
- 1 kg potatoes - 200 g salami
- 1 red bell pepper
- 1 onion
- 2 dl cream
- 2 dl milk
- 2 tbsp butter
- Salt to taste
- Black pepper to taste
- Grated cheese (optional)
Instructions:
1. Peel and slice the potatoes into thin rounds. 2. Chop the salami, bell pepper, and onion into small pieces.
3. Grease a baking dish with butter and layer the potatoes, salami, bell pepper, and onion.
4. Season the layers with salt and black pepper.
5. In a bowl, mix the cream and milk, then pour the mixture over the potatoes.
6. Cover the dish with foil and bake at 200°C (392°F) for about 40 minutes.
7. Remove the foil, add grated cheese on top (if desired), and bake for an additional 10-15 minutes until the top is golden brown.
8. Allow to rest for a few minutes before serving.
