Serving Size: 4 servings
Ingredients:
- 500 g potatoes
- 1 leek
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 2 dl milk
- 200 g salami
- 2 garlic cloves
- 2 tomatoes
- 1 tsp oregano
- 150 g cheese (e.g., cheddar or mozzarella)
Instructions:
1. Peel and dice the potatoes into cubes. Boil them in salted water for about 10 minutes until they are slightly soft.
2. Slice the leek into thin rings and chop the garlic. Sauté the leek and garlic in a pan until they are soft.
3. Add the diced salami to the pan and cook for a moment until it is slightly browned.
4. Add the boiled potatoes, diced tomatoes, milk, and oregano to the pan. Mix all the ingredients well.
5. Allow the mixture to simmer over low heat for about 10 minutes until it is hot and the flavors have melded together.
6. Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and sprinkle the grated cheese on top.
7. Bake in a preheated oven at 200°C (392°F) for about 15 minutes until the cheese is melted and golden brown.
