Ingredients:
- 300 g ribbon pasta - 1 zucchini
- 150 g salami
- 2 tablespoons oil
- 2 garlic cloves
- 2 tablespoons capers
- 1 teaspoon green peppercorns
- 200 ml heavy cream
- 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
- 100 ml milk
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
1. Cook the ribbon pasta according to package instructions in salted water. Drain and set aside. 2. Peel and chop the garlic cloves. Slice the zucchini into thin rounds and cut the salami into small pieces.
3. Heat the oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the chopped garlic and sauté until golden.
4. Add the zucchini and salami to the skillet. Sauté for about 5 minutes, until the zucchini is tender.
5. Stir in the capers and green peppercorns. Mix well.
6. Sprinkle the flour over the mixture and stir until combined.
7. Pour in the heavy cream and milk, stirring well, and heat until the sauce thickens. Season with salt and pepper.
8. Toss the cooked ribbon pasta with the sauce and heat for a moment. Serve immediately.
