Swede Side Dish with Ground Beef Stew

Ingredients:
- 4 small swedes
- 1 apple
- 30 g butter
- 1 1/2 dl cream
- 1/2 dl water
- 8 dried plums
- 2 small shallots
- Black pepper to taste
- 3 cloves
- Sea salt to taste
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions:
1. Peel the swedes and slice them into evenly thin slices.
2. Chop the shallots and slice the dried plums.
3. Melt the butter in a pan and sauté the shallots until translucent.
4. Add the swede slices to the pan and cook for a few minutes.
5. Pour in the cream, water, cloves, plums, and black pepper. Mix well.
6. Cover and simmer on low heat until the swedes are tender but still firm, stirring gently occasionally.
7. Meanwhile, prepare the ground beef stew: Brown the ground beef in a separate pan with some butter.
8. Season with salt and black pepper. Add beef broth mixed with flour and cook for about 5 minutes.
9. Finally, stir in a splash of cream into the stew.
10. Serve the swede side dish alongside the ground beef stew, garnished with fresh parsley.
