Ingredients:

- 500 g chicken fillets
- 1 dl all-purpose flour
- 2 eggs
- 2 dl breadcrumbs
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp onion powder
- Oil for frying

Instructions:

1. Cut the chicken fillets into bite-sized pieces.
2. Prepare three separate bowls: place flour in one, whisk eggs in another, and put breadcrumbs in the third.
3. Season the flour with salt, black pepper, paprika, garlic powder, and onion powder.
4. Dredge the chicken pieces first in the seasoned flour, then dip in the egg, and finally coat with breadcrumbs.
5. Heat oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
6. Fry the nuggets until golden brown on both sides, about 3-4 minutes per side.
7. Remove the nuggets and place them on paper towels to drain excess oil.
8. Serve warm with your favorite dipping sauce.
