Description: A refreshing and colorful Greek salad, perfect as a side dish for summer meals.
Preparation Time: 15 minutes
Serving Size: 4
Ingredients:
- 2 ripe tomatoes
- 1 cucumber
- 1 red onion
- 1 bell pepper (any color)
- 200 g feta cheese
- 100 g black olives
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp red wine vinegar
- Salt and black pepper to taste
- Fresh oregano (optional)
Instructions:
1. Wash and dice the tomatoes.
2. Peel and slice the cucumber.
3. Peel and thinly slice the red onion.
4. Remove seeds from the bell pepper and cut it into cubes.
5. Combine all the vegetables in a large bowl.
6. Add the diced feta cheese and black olives.
7. In a small bowl, mix the olive oil and red wine vinegar, then season with salt and pepper.
8. Pour the dressing over the salad and toss gently.
9. Garnish with fresh oregano if using.
