A delicious nacho dish that combines crispy corn chips with sweet mango salsa. Perfect for snacking or as an appetizer!

Ingredients:

- 200 g corn chips
- 2 dl shredded cheese
- 0.25 tsp salt
- 10 tbsp sour cream (10-12% fat)
- 0.5 chili pepper
- 220 g mango
- 0.5 bunch of fresh cilantro
- Lime juice

Instructions:

1. First, make the salsa. Dice the mango into small cubes.
2. Finely chop the chili and cilantro, then squeeze the juice from the lime.
3. In a bowl, combine the ingredients for the salsa and mix well.
4. Place the corn chips on a serving platter.
5. Sprinkle shredded cheese and salt over the chips.
6. Bake the nachos in the oven at 200°C (392°F) for about 10 minutes, or until the cheese is melted.
7. Serve the nachos with mango salsa and sour cream.
