Ingredients:

- 4 tablespoons salsa (e.g., mango or pineapple salsa)
- 1 avocado
- 1 garlic clove
- 1 onion
- 4 wheat buns
- 2 tablespoons cooking oil
- 1 tablespoon lime juice
- 9 medium potatoes
- 600 g ground beef and pork mixture
- 2 teaspoons salt
- 2 tablespoons taco seasoning for potatoes
- Optional: lettuce

Instructions:

1. Peel and dice the potatoes into cubes. Boil them in salted water for about 10 minutes until tender. Drain and season with taco seasoning.
2. Grill the potatoes on a hot grill until golden brown and crispy.
3. Meanwhile, prepare the burger patties. In a bowl, mix the ground meat, salt, diced onion, minced garlic, and lime juice. Shape the mixture into four patties.
4. Grill the patties for about 5-7 minutes on each side until cooked through.
