Ingredients:
- 500 g pike fillets- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp fresh dill, chopped
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 4 pieces of aluminum foil
Instructions:
1. Cut the pike fillets into portion-sized pieces.2. In a bowl, mix lemon juice, olive oil, salt, black pepper, dill, and garlic powder.
3. Marinate the pike pieces in the mixture for about 15 minutes.
4. Take the aluminum foil and place a piece of pike on each sheet.
5. Fold the foil tightly to create parcels.
6. Grill the parcels over medium heat for about 10-15 minutes, until the fish is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork.
