A delicious blend of sweet dried plums and creamy brie cheese makes these sandwiches a perfect snack or light meal. Preparation time is just 20 minutes. Serves 2.
Ingredients:
- 4 slices of bread (e.g., white bread or ciabatta)
- 200 g brie cheese
- 100 g Sunsweet dried plums
- 1 fresh green chili (to taste)
- Butter for frying
Instructions:
1. Chop the dried plums and fresh chili into small pieces.
2. Mix the plums and chili in a bowl until well combined.
3. Slice the brie cheese into pieces.
4. Spread the plum mixture on one slice of bread and place the brie slices on top.
5. Cover with another slice of bread.
6. Heat butter in a pan and fry the sandwiches on both sides until golden brown and the cheese is melted, about 3-4 minutes per side.
7. Serve warm and enjoy!
