This delicious Brie Salad combines creamy cheese, sweet pears, and nuts. Perfect for a light lunch or as a side dish for dinner.

Ingredients:
- 40 g walnuts
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 200 g Brie cheese, sliced
- ½ dl honey
- 1 can (425/240 g) canned pears, sliced
- Pinch of salt
- Pinch of black pepper
- 1 tbsp light balsamic vinegar
- 1 tsp sugar
- 1.5 liters mixed salad greens
- 2 dl rolled oats
Instructions:
1. Rinse and drain the salad greens. Tear them into bite-sized pieces and place them in a large serving bowl.
2. Toast the rolled oats in a pan over medium heat, being careful not to burn them. Once golden brown, remove from heat.
3. Mix the toasted oats with honey and spread the mixture over the salad greens.
4. Add the sliced Brie cheese and canned pears to the salad.
5. Prepare the dressing by mixing olive oil, balsamic vinegar, sugar, salt, and black pepper. Pour the dressing over the salad.
6. Gently toss all the ingredients together and serve immediately.
