A delicious weekend treat! These potato nachos are a perfect alternative to traditional nachos and are great for sharing with friends. Preparation Time: 45 minutes

Ingredients:
- 6 large potatoes - 2 tbsp taco seasoning
- 2 tbsp oil
- Vegan cheese sauce
- 1 cup salsa
- 1 cup guacamole
- Fresh cilantro (for garnish)
Instructions:
1. Peel and slice the potatoes into thin rounds. 2. Boil the potato slices in salted water for about 5-7 minutes, until slightly softened. Drain and let cool.
3. Heat the oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add the potato slices and fry until golden brown and crispy.
4. Sprinkle the taco seasoning over the potatoes while frying, mixing well.
5. Transfer the fried potato slices to a baking sheet and pour the vegan cheese sauce over them.
6. Bake in a preheated oven at 200°C (400°F) for about 10-15 minutes, until the cheese sauce is melted and bubbly.
7. Serve the potato nachos with salsa, guacamole, and fresh cilantro on top.
