A delicious mushroom sauce that pairs perfectly with pasta, meat, or potatoes. Preparation time is about 30 minutes and it serves 4.Ingredients:
- 300 g fresh mushrooms (e.g., button mushrooms)
- 1 onion
- 2 garlic cloves
- 2 tbsp butter
- 200 ml cream
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions:
1. Clean and chop the mushrooms.
2. Peel and finely chop the onion and garlic.
3. Heat the butter in a pan over medium heat. Add the onions and garlic, sautéing until soft.
4. Add the mushrooms to the pan and cook until they are tender and the liquid has evaporated.
5. Pour the cream into the mushroom mixture and stir well.
6. Add the soy sauce, salt, and black pepper. Let the sauce simmer on low heat for about 5-10 minutes.
7. Serve warm, garnished with fresh parsley.
