Ingredients:

- 300 g pasta (e.g., spaghetti or penne)
- 200 g fresh spinach
- 200 g mushrooms (e.g., button mushrooms or chanterelles)
- 200 ml cream
- 100 g grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 garlic cloves
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- Salt to taste
- Black pepper to taste

Instructions:

1. Cook the pasta according to the package instructions in salted water. Drain and reserve some cooking water.
2. Peel and finely chop the garlic cloves. Clean and slice the mushrooms.
3. Heat the olive oil in a pan over medium heat. Add the garlic and sauté for a moment until fragrant.
4. Add the mushrooms to the pan and cook until golden brown and soft.
5. Add the fresh spinach to the pan and cook until it wilts down.
6. Pour in the cream and mix well. Add the Parmesan cheese and stir until it melts into the sauce. Season with salt and black pepper.
7. Combine the cooked pasta with the sauce. If needed, add a little reserved pasta water to achieve the desired sauce consistency.
8. Serve immediately, and if desired, top with additional grated Parmesan cheese.
