Ingredients:
- 2 tablespoons oil
- 2 onions
- 2 garlic cloves
- 2 tablespoons grill seasoning
- 1 can tomato paste
- 1 can crushed tomatoes
- 2 beef bouillon cubes
- 1 eggplant
- 400 g ground beef
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
1. Peel and chop the onions and garlic cloves.
2. Heat the oil in a large skillet and add the onions and garlic. Sauté until they are soft.
3. Add the ground beef to the skillet and brown it.
4. Stir in the grill seasoning, tomato paste, and crushed tomatoes. Mix well.
5. Crush the beef bouillon cubes and add them to the mixture. Stir and let it simmer on low heat for about 10 minutes.
6. Cut the eggplant into cubes and add it to the skillet. Cook for an additional 15-20 minutes until the eggplant is tender.
7. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Serve warm.
