Ingredients:
- 300 g pasta (e.g., tagliatelle or fusilli)
- 400 g chicken fillets
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 onion
- 2 garlic cloves
- 200 ml cooking cream
- 100 ml chicken broth
- 100 g Parmesan cheese
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh basil for garnish
Instructions:
1. Cook the pasta in salted water according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
2. Cut the chicken fillets into strips. Finely chop the onion and garlic.
3. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the onion and garlic, sauté until soft.
4. Add the chicken strips to the skillet and cook until they are fully cooked and golden brown.
5. Pour the cooking cream and chicken broth into the skillet, stir well, and let it simmer for at least 5 minutes.
6. Add the cooked pasta to the skillet and mix thoroughly with the sauce. Grate the Parmesan cheese into the mixture and stir until melted.
7. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Garnish with fresh basil before serving.
