Ingredients
- 1 tablespoon mayonnaise (15% fat) - 1 head of leaf lettuce (lollo rosso, about 135 g)
- 1 can of tuna
- Mixed vegetables (Mexican-style canned)
- Light sour cream (35% fat)
- Light sour cream (3.5% fat)
- Rye bread slices
- Celery
Instructions
1. Chop the tuna into small pieces. 2. Slice the celery and lettuce into thin strips and mix them with the tuna.
3. Whisk together the mayonnaise and light sour cream.
4. Toast the rye bread.
5. Spread the sour cream-mayonnaise mixture on the toasted bread.
6. Add the tuna mixture on top of the bread and serve immediately.
