Ingredients:

- 2 slices of rye bread
- 100 g cream cheese
- 1 avocado
- 100 g smoked salmon
- 1 small red onion
- 1 lemon
- Fresh herbs (such as dill or parsley)
- Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:

1. Lightly toast the slices of rye bread.
2. Spread cream cheese on top of the toasted bread.
3. Cut the avocado in half, remove the pit, and mash the flesh. Spread the mash on the bread.
4. Layer the smoked salmon on top of the avocado.
5. Slice the red onion and arrange the slices over the salmon.
6. Squeeze lemon juice over the servings and season with salt and pepper.
7. Garnish with fresh herbs before serving.
