Ingredients
- 125 g butter or margarine - 225 g sugar (2 2/3 dl)
- 2 eggs
- 300 g all-purpose flour (4.5 dl)
- 3 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp vanilla sugar
- 1/2 tsp salt
Instructions
1. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius. 2. Melt the butter or margarine and let it cool slightly.
3. In a bowl, whisk together the sugar and eggs until the mixture is light and fluffy.
4. Add the melted butter or margarine to the egg-sugar mixture and mix well.
5. In another bowl, combine the flour, baking powder, vanilla sugar, and salt.
6. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the egg mixture and stir until a smooth dough forms.
7. Shape small balls of dough and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
8. Bake the cookies in the preheated oven for about 10-12 minutes, or until they are golden brown.
9. Allow the cookies to cool on the baking sheet for a few moments before transferring them to a wire rack to cool completely.
