Ingredients:
- 4 hard-boiled eggs
- 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
- 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Lettuce leaves for serving
Instructions:
1. Separate the yolks from the hard-boiled eggs and place them in a bowl.
2. Dice the egg whites into small cubes and set aside.
3. Mash the yolks with a fork until crumbly.
4. In the bowl, mix the yolks, mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, and chopped parsley. Season with salt and pepper.
5. Gently fold in the diced egg whites into the mixture.
