A delicious and hearty dish combining slow-cooked pulled pork, golden pan-fried potatoes, and grilled corn on the cob. Perfect for a cozy dinner!Preparation Time: 3-3.5 hours

Ingredients:
Pulled Pork:- 1 kg pork shoulder
- 2 tsp smoked salt
- 1 tbsp sugar
- 1 tbsp smoked paprika
- 2 tsp dried thyme
- 1 tsp ground black pepper
- 100 ml apple cider
- about 10 jalapeños
- 1-2 onions
Pan-Fried Potatoes:
- about 1 kg potatoes
- butter
- olive oil
- salt
Instructions:
1. Prepare the pulled pork:- In a bowl, mix all the dry spices together.
- Rub the spice mixture onto the surface of the pork shoulder.
- Place the meat in an oven-safe covered dish.
- Pour the apple cider into the bottom of the dish and add the jalapeños and peeled, roughly chopped onions.
- Cook covered at 150°C (300°F) for 2-2.5 hours until the meat is tender.
- Shred the meat with a fork and strain the sauce to keep it separate.
2. Prepare the pan-fried potatoes:
- Boil the potatoes until nearly cooked.
- Place the potatoes in a frying pan with butter and olive oil.
- Press the potatoes slightly flatter using the lid of a pot.
- Sauté the potatoes, turning them until both sides are golden brown.
- Season with salt.
3. Serving:
- Serve the pulled pork with the crispy pan-fried potatoes and grilled corn on the cob.
