A refreshing and delicious dish that evokes the sunshine and flavors of the Mediterranean. Perfect as a side for summer meals or a light lunch.

Ingredients:

- 200 g feta cheese
- 1 cucumber
- 2 tomatoes
- 1 red onion
- 1 bell pepper (preferably green)
- 100 g black olives
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp red wine vinegar
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh oregano or parsley for garnish

Instructions:

1. Rinse and chop the cucumber, tomatoes, and bell pepper into cubes.
2. Slice the red onion into thin rings.
3. Place all the vegetables in a large bowl.
4. Add the black olives and crumble the feta cheese on top.
5. Mix the olive oil and red wine vinegar together, then pour the dressing over the salad.
6. Season with salt and pepper, and gently toss to combine.
7. Garnish with fresh oregano or parsley before serving.
