Serving Size: 4 servings
Ingredients:
- 400 g fresh fish (e.g., salmon or cod)
- 1 dl lime juice
- 1 dl lemon juice
- 1 red onion
- 1 chili (e.g., habanero or jalapeño)
- 1 dl cilantro
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1 avocado
- 1/2 dl olive oil
- 1 dl corn (fresh or canned)
Instructions:
1. Cut the fresh fish into small cubes and place in a bowl.
2. Squeeze lime and lemon juice over the fish and mix well. Let it marinate in the refrigerator for 15-20 minutes.
3. Finely chop the red onion and chili, then add to the fish.
4. Add salt, black pepper, and chopped cilantro. Gently mix everything together.
5. Slice the avocado and carefully incorporate it into the mixture.
6. Finally, drizzle in the olive oil and add the corn. Mix lightly.
7. Serve the ceviche immediately, ideally with tortillas or a salad.
