Ingredients:
- 2 large zucchinis
- 1 ripe mango
- 1 cup fresh mint leaves
- 1 small red chili (or to taste)
- 1 tablespoon grated ginger
- 1 tablespoon olive oil

Instructions:
1. Start by making the raw spaghetti. Peel the zucchinis and use a spiralizer or a vegetable peeler to create spaghetti-like strands. Set aside.
2. Prepare the mango sauce. Peel and chop the mango, then place it in a blender. Add the mint leaves, chili, ginger, and olive oil.
3. Blend all the ingredients until smooth. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
4. Toss the zucchini spaghetti with the mango sauce until the strands are well coated.
